You cannot activate Office Professional Plus volume license: “Microsoft Office Professional Plus configuration did not complete successfully”. I have been trying to download Microsoft Office home and student. The download completes, but when I try to complete the process, it extracts the files. I am trying to update my Office , but I get this error. I also cannot UNINSTALL, so I can’t do a full reinstall. I’m stuck.
