Hi, My name is Myriam. Is amazing how you continuing use fitbit. I’m disappointed because I used 3 fitbits the 2 Surges I have works fine but the belt doesn’t have replace. I can’t use, 6 months ago I get a Versa.
I travel and the date and time changed. When I want reset the watch I can’t do it. I talk with 2 technicians in the help web. They want I get Iphone or Ipad to setup again. I using android not apple products. I trying with my cell motorola and with my windows 10 Lenovo. Nothing works. I give up. Amazing is an understatement. If I could find a good Dashboard like the one Fitbit uses and I use to track everything including calorie intake and a Fitbit like product that will do the data transfer of most data to the dashboard.
