Microsoft visual studio 2015 access is denied free download
I’m trying to install microsoft visual c++ redistributable x I keep getting the error Access is Denied. 0x Many users reported unable to start program Visual Studio access is denied error; this error can occur during the debugging of a program. I tried downloading the free version of visual studios community and it keeps saying access denied, i tried other ways of installing it or “fixing” it.

Some hours ago i restarted my computer for system updates and immediately after that I installed the english language pack for VS. So I navigated to that FeedCache folder. For that Folder I have all permissions an the security settings grant me al privileges even for inherited files and folders see screenshot.
But when i, for example, try to rename a file inside that FeedCache folder, I get a access denied Message. So for me it seems to be a matter of wrong previlegs. How do I fix that?
