I have been trying to open reading material for my classes since I updated to windows Every time I try to access the PDF files and it loads on my computer it freezes up the entire system and I have to restart to get it working again. I have updated Adobe Reader and that hasn’t fixed the probably. I need to read the material is there a way to fix it so I can read it without my entire computer freezing up on me?

Hi, Check if you are able to access the PDF file or the any Adobe application without any issues in Safe mode with networking.

In reply to Yaqub K’s post on October 25, Just one more reason to hate Microsoft. I have had so many problems with every version of Microsoft that it is a joke. When are we going to get something that works, doesn’t take for ever to load, require constant updates, etc, etc, etc.

This refers to corrupted Microsoft Edge component. So something got corrupted today, so I got file explorer to freeze.
