Please try again later. Having used a version of Photoshop Elements, really disappointed with the functionality of the product. Organiser is very poor by comparison with the older version – less clear, crops images and loses the ‘slide mount’ view of edited pictures. Has also scrambled the order of images uploaded, which is very frustrating. Editor has only been used to a limited extent so far but again is much less user friendly than the old version.

Far too much prescription in the equivalent of quick edit mode. I am sure I will learn to live with the version but were it not for the need to buy a windows 10 PC and upgrade the software, would never have changed from Elements 8. I used Picassa to edit my photos for several years, but Google does not support it anymore, so I bought Elements. Despite buying several ‘how-to’ books, I struggled with it at first, and it was not until I found a local evening class teaching digital image manipulation that I began to get to grips with Elements.

It is way easier to understand when you can see the system demonstrated and explained by an actual person! This product Photoshop Elements 20 installed alright until it came to registering with Adobe.

The serial number was not recognised with Adobe saying it was probably counterfeit. Product returned and refund obtained. Always used PSE for editing I have had no problems with this application. I am happy with my purchase and on my experience would recommend.

Photo’s are my pleasure i take lot’s of wildlife and bird photo’s and also landscape photography. This Photo Elements are in my view absolutely brilliant to use, i have been using them for years but has i changed my camera it wasn’t supported so had to buy this one Photo Elements and glad i did.

As always when you change things they never feel the same but in my case this one is great my photo’s are looking much better and easier to process with this. I’ve been a long-time Photoshop Elements user and I find the breadth of editing possibilities useful. I upgraded to this version because of opportunity to colourise don’t like ‘verbising’ nouns! This has tools to let you import and organize your images using tags, keywords and albums to make them easier to find.

If you have a large collection of images, we recommend importing them in batches. These include slide shows, collages, prints, photo books, greetings cards, calendars and CD jackets. With the exception of the photo prints, the templates that Elements offers for printed products have rather fussy backgrounds.

Even the Monochrome theme for photo books alternates between black and white backgrounds on pages. It would be nice to have a clean, white option. This has three modes — Quick, Guided and Expert — each with a different level of control. You switch between them by clicking on the options at the top of the screen. You can apply different filter effects and use a limited collection of tools to make selections, enhance eyes, whiten teeth, straighten images, add text, clone out unwanted objects or spots, crop images or move selected elements.

The Guided section gives you access to a total of 78 processes using step-by-step wizards to take you through things like resizing, adjusting the exposure, creating monochrome images, cloning out unwanted objects and merging multiple shots of a group of people. Some of the edits are a bit cheesy, but others, especially those in the Basics, Color and Photomerge section, are very useful, and everything is explained clearly.
