The new Share capability is another cool feature that allows you to share your documents in the cloud using OneDrive or Office SharePoint right from within the application using the new Share option available on the Ribbon. You can also share a copy of your documents by sending them as email attachments. This will allow you to pick up anywhere you left off and continue to co-author with others from the comfort of your office, home, or even on the go. In order to to save your documents online with OneDrive you will need to create an account and sign in to Office. Once you have your files saved in OneDrive, you can then access them from any computer, tablet, or phone by using the OneDrive website.
