Search the community and support articles Windows Windows 10 Search Community member. I am using a windows 10 computer and I am experiencing issues when I am trying to use the download feature of Netflix.

When I press to download a movie or tv series is gets stuck, it starts downloading but then pauses on its own and doesn’t download. It may try to re-download on its own but gets stuck. I have tried cleaning the app data, making sure my pc and all my features and graphics are updated but nothing seems to be working.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue. I have tried removing the app and re-installing it as well but I still have the same issue? If yes, was anyone able to fix this? This thread is locked.

How much available hard disk space do you have? Since its brand new, could you tell us which version of Windows 10 you are currently running?

I am using a Windows 10 Home version. I will try to upgrade. But I think I managed to solved this issue just know How stupid I just switched from high quality to standard quality video and it’s actually downloading without any problem Thats great news, then I would delay the upgrade for now and enjoy your movies. I would do the upgrade at a more convenient time. This site in other languages x.
