I pluged in the USB drive switched on laptop and I got the same black screen. Tried again and it gave me the option of skipping disk check which I did and it just kept loading.

Stepped away for a minute. I came back to a blue screen with error System Service Exeption. It tried restarting just to go into a black screen saying something like no bootable disk I may be slightly off. I have forced shut down and switched on again.
It showed a blue screen with the date and time for a couple of minutes then it managed to get to the login page without me doing anything. I typed my password and enter; it showed loading and the screen kept going black and then back on to loading. Now i am back at black page with cursor. I really appreciate your help so if you have any other tips on what my next course of action should be I would be very grateful!

Tried downloading both Windows 10 Pro versions to stick which says requires only 6GB and also tried just downloading x64 version which says requires 3GB. Same error in each instance, “Something happened 0x – 0xA”.
So the files cant get copied to the usb device I got the same problem but with deactivating the autorun. I also tried the version with the ISO file with using the Rufus pgm and this option worked fine as well. I have formatted and tried multiple times.
