The option to delete individual files and folders from backups in Acronis Cloud has been removed because they would be re-uploaded on the next backup run, consuming your time, Internet traffic and occupying storage in Acronis Cloud again. There are several ways to regain storage space in the Acronis Cloud, which you can see down below. You can also select the Delete versions that are older than check box and enter a value that limits the maximum age of the older versions.
